These terms cover the Lampwoven iPhone app and lampwoven.com, both provided by Paper Giants Publishing, LLC (“we”). By using Lampwoven you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The app

Lampwoven helps you read the Bible in your own physical copy. It provides scripture references, context notes, quizzes, devotions and reminders. It does not include the text of the Bible.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Lampwoven on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its content, except as the law allows.

Content

Lessons, devotions and notes are written to be faithful to scripture and to reflect widely held Christian understanding. They are educational and devotional material, not professional, pastoral, medical or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or someone you trust.

Rewards

XP, Lamp Oil and collectibles are earned in the app, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.

Your data

Your progress, answers and journal stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy. Because nothing is stored on our servers, we can’t recover data lost when you delete the app or change devices without a device backup.

Purchases

Any purchase of Lampwoven is made through Apple’s App Store and is subject to Apple’s terms. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Lampwoven or this website to break the law, to interfere with the app or site, or to infringe anyone’s rights.

Disclaimers

Lampwoven is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Paper Giants Publishing, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Lampwoven. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Apple

These terms are between you and Paper Giants Publishing, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above. Continuing to use Lampwoven after an update means you accept the new terms.
